Your profile is how other people on Ralley see you. Here’s what you can add and how to keep it up to date.

Accessing your profile

Head to your account menu in the top right corner and select Profile. From here you can view and edit your profile details at any time.

What’s on your profile

Your profile includes the following fields:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Location
• Profile photo
• Industries you’re associated with
• Your role or job title
• LinkedIn profile URL

Updating your profile

Select Edit on your profile page to make changes. Keep your name, role and industry details accurate as these help Ralley personalise your event discovery and help others understand who you are on the platform.

Profile photo

Adding a profile photo makes your presence on the platform more recognisable, particularly when you’re listed as a host, speaker or guest on an event page.

Industries

Your industry selection influences which events appear in your discover feed. You can select multiple industries and update them at any time as your interests or role changes.

Your email address

Your email address cannot be changed after your account is created. Make sure you sign up with an email address you have ongoing access to.

Payment details

If you run paid events, your payment details are managed separately through Stripe. Head to Subscription & Billing in your account menu to manage your payout information.
