Check the event page

The best first step is to check the event page itself. Organisers may include contact details, a website or additional information in the event description that can point you in the right direction.

Contact the organiser directly

If you’re attending an event, you can message the organiser directly. On the event page, select the ellipsis and choose Contact Organiser. You can also do this from My Events by selecting the ellipsis next to the event.
