Managing your notifications
Ralley sends email notifications to keep you informed about activity relevant to your account. Here’s what to expect and how notifications work.
What triggers a notification
Ralley notifications:
- Registration confirmation when you purchase a ticket
- Event reminder 7 days before an event you’re registered for
- Event reminder 1 day before an event you’re registered for
- Date, time, location or format change to an event you’re registered for
- Cancellation of an event you’re registered for
- Invitation to attend an event from another user
- Invitation to join Ralley from another user
Stripe-generated notifications:
- Ticket purchase invoice following a successful payment
- Subscription upgrade confirmation when moving to Standard or Premium
- Subscription downgrade confirmation when moving to the Free plan
- Refund issued confirmation
- Payment failed notification
Where notifications are sent
All notifications are sent to the email address associated with your Ralley account. Since your email address cannot be changed after signup, make sure you registered with an address you have ongoing access to.
Staying across your events
In addition to email notifications, the Board tab on any event page you’re registered for is a good place to check for updates from the organiser. Organisers can post updates, reminders and announcements there directly.
A few things worth knowing
If you’re not receiving notifications, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address on your account is correct under Personal Information in Account Settings.
