Payouts and billing

Here’s how payouts work for paid events and where to find your billing information on Ralley.

How payouts work

Payments collected through Ralley are processed by Stripe. When an attendee purchases a ticket, the transaction is handled directly through Stripe. Payouts are deposited to your nominated bank account according to Stripe’s standard payout schedule.

To receive payouts you’ll need to have completed your Stripe account setup. If you haven’t done this yet, you’ll be prompted to connect or set up your Stripe account when you create your first paid event.

Ralley’s service fee

Ralley retains a non-refundable service fee of 4.5% per paid ticket sold. This is deducted from the transaction before payout. The fee covers payment processing and platform services.

Viewing your transaction history

You can view a full history of ticket transactions under Subscription & Billing in your Account Settings. Head to the Events tab within Billing History to see a breakdown of each transaction including the event name, date, amount and status. Invoices can be downloaded directly from this page.

Your subscription billing

Your Ralley subscription is billed separately from ticket revenue. Your current plan, billing cycle and renewal date are all visible under Subscription & Billing in Account Settings. You can update your payment method or change your plan from here at any time.

A few things worth knowing

Stripe processes all payments on Ralley. Ralley does not store or have access to your card or bank details directly. If you have questions about payout timing or payment processing, contact Ralley support.
