I can’t create events or communities
Creating events and communities requires a Standard or Premium subscription plan. If you’re on the Free plan, head to Plans in your account menu to upgrade.
I want to upgrade my plan
Head to Plans in your account menu and select the plan you want to move to. Your new plan takes effect immediately and you’ll have access to the additional features straight away.
I want to downgrade or cancel my plan
Head to Plans in your account menu and select the Free plan or a lower tier. Your change will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you’ll retain access to your current plan features until then.
I’ve been charged unexpectedly
Your Ralley subscription renews automatically each month. Check your renewal date under Subscription & Billing in your account menu. If you need to downgrade or cancel, head to Plans and select the Free plan.
I need to update my payment details
Your payment method is managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. Head to Subscription & Billing in your account menu and select the option to manage your billing details to update your card securely.
I can’t find my subscription invoices
Invoices for your Ralley subscription are available under Subscription & Billing in your account menu. These are generated automatically by Stripe each billing cycle.
I want to find my event transaction history
Head to Subscription & Billing in your account menu and select the Events tab within Billing History. This shows a full breakdown of ticket transactions for your paid events.
My payment failed
Check that your payment details are up to date under Subscription & Billing. Ralley accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If your payment continues to fail, contact Ralley support at support@ralley.com.au.
