Managing your billing and payment details
Here’s where to find and manage everything related to your subscription billing on Ralley.
Accessing your billing information
Head to Subscription & Billing in your account menu. This is where you can view your current plan, billing cycle, next renewal date and payment method.
Updating your payment method
Your payment method is managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. From Subscription & Billing, select the option to manage your billing details. This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card details securely. Ralley accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Viewing your subscription invoices
Past invoices for your Ralley subscription are available under Subscription & Billing. You can download invoices directly from this page for your records.
Viewing your event transaction history
If you run paid events, your ticket transaction history is also accessible under Subscription & Billing. Head to the Events tab within Billing History to see a breakdown of each transaction including the event name, date, amount and status.
Billing cycle
Your Ralley subscription is billed monthly. Your renewal date is shown under Subscription & Billing so you always know when your next payment is due.
A few things worth knowing
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your plan, you retain access to your current plan features until the end of your paid billing period. If you have any questions about your billing, contact Ralley support at support@ralley.com.au.
