Knowing who’s coming and how many is a big part of running a smooth event. Here’s how to keep across it on Ralley.

Viewing registrations

Open your event page and select the Attendees tab. This gives you a live count of everyone who has registered and a list of attendees with their ticket details. The count updates in real time as new registrations come in.

Monitoring capacity

If you set a ticket limit during the creation flow, Ralley will track availability automatically. Your event page will reflect remaining spots so attendees know how many tickets are left. Once capacity is reached, tickets will no longer be available for purchase.

Keeping an eye on things leading up to the event

Check the Attendees tab in the lead up to your event to stay across final numbers. If your event has a booking deadline, registrations will close automatically at that time.

On the day

Attendees will present their unique booking ID at the door. There’s no name matching required. Whoever has a valid booking ID gets in, so the check-in process is straightforward.

After the event

Once your event has passed it will move to the past events section of My Events. Your attendee history remains accessible from the event page if you need to refer back to it.
