Ralley's community guidelines

These guidelines apply to anyone participating in or running a community on Ralley. They exist to keep communities professional, respectful and worth being part of.

Keep it relevant

Communities on Ralley are built around professional interests, industries and networks. Posts, updates and discussions should be relevant to the community’s focus. Using a community to push unrelated promotions, advertise products or solicit members for purposes outside the community’s purpose is not permitted.

Be respectful

Communities work best when members feel safe to participate. Treat other members with the same respect you’d expect in a professional setting. Harassment, bullying or discriminatory behaviour toward any member is not tolerated and may result in removal from the community or the platform.

Post honestly

Content shared in a community should be accurate and not misleading. Do not impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with the community or its organiser.

Protect member privacy

Do not use a community to collect personal information from members beyond what is necessary for participating in the community or its events. Do not share member information with third parties without consent.

Organiser responsibilities

As a community organiser you are responsible for the conduct and quality of your community. This includes moderating content, keeping the community relevant and ensuring it operates within Ralley’s platform guidelines and acceptable use policy. Ralley may intervene or remove communities that generate repeated complaints or breach platform policies.

Consequences of breaching these guidelines

Ralley may remove posts, revoke community access or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these guidelines. Serious or repeated breaches may be referred to law enforcement.

Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behaviour within a community that appears to breach these guidelines, select the ellipsis menu on the community page and choose Report. To report a specific post within a community, select the ellipsis on the post and choose Report. For anything else contact Ralley support at support@ralley.com.au.
