I can’t create an event
Creating events requires either a Standard or Premium subscription plan. If you’re on the Free plan, head to Plans in your account menu to upgrade. If you’re already on a paid plan and still can’t create an event, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
I can’t find my draft event
Saved drafts are accessible from My Events in your account menu under hosted events. If your draft isn’t showing up, check that you’re logged in to the correct account.
My event isn’t appearing in the discover feed
Make sure your event is published and set to public. Private events won’t appear in the discover feed and are only accessible to people with a direct link or an invite. It may also take a few minutes for a newly published event to appear in search results.
I made a mistake after publishing
Most event details can be updated after publishing. Head to My Events or navigate directly to the event page and select Edit. Keep in mind that changes to date, time, location or format will automatically trigger an email notification to registered attendees.
I need to cancel my event
Open the event page from My Events or navigate directly to the event page and select the cancellation option. Cancelling cannot be undone and will notify all registered attendees automatically. If your event had paid tickets, you are required to issue full refunds. Read the Organiser Refund Policy for details.
An attendee says they didn’t receive a confirmation email
Ask the attendee to check their spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, they should verify the email address on their Ralley account is correct under Personal Information in Account Settings.
I can’t add a host
Hosts can be added from your connections or entered manually. If you’re adding a host manually, make sure their details are entered correctly. An invite will be sent to the host and they’ll be confirmed once accepted.
My cover photo isn’t uploading
Check that your image meets the upload requirements. You can upload up to 10 images per event. If the upload continues to fail, try a different image format or contact Ralley support.
