I didn’t receive my confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, make sure the email address on your Ralley account is correct under Personal Information in Account Settings. If everything looks right and it’s still not showing up, contact Ralley support.
I can’t find my tickets
Your tickets are accessible in a few places: My Events in your account menu, the event page itself, and your confirmation email. For past events, check Attended events in your profile.
I can’t register for an event
Make sure you’re logged in to your Ralley account. If the event shows no availability, it may be sold out. Check the event page to see if a waitlist is available. If you’re experiencing a technical issue, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
The event I registered for has been cancelled
If an organiser cancels an event, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of their stated refund policy. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Check your email for any communication from the organiser and allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
I requested a refund but haven’t heard back
Organisers are required to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. If you haven’t heard back after that, contact Ralley support and we’ll step in to help.
The event was different to what was advertised
If an event differed significantly from its published description, you may be entitled to a refund. Contact Ralley support with the details and we’ll review it.
My payment didn’t go through
Check that your payment details are up to date under Subscription & Billing in your Account Settings. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank to make sure there are no restrictions on the transaction.
I bought multiple tickets but only received one confirmation
Ralley issues a unique booking ID for each ticket purchased. Check your confirmation email as all booking IDs should be included. If any are missing, contact Ralley support.
I can’t get into an online event
Check the event page for the access link and any instructions provided by the organiser. Links are sometimes only shared close to the event start time. If the event has started and you still can’t access it, check the Board tab on the event page for any updates from the organiser.
I have a question the organiser hasn’t answered
Check the event page for any contact details provided by the organiser. If you can’t find what you need, contact Ralley support and we’ll do our best to help.
