Once you’ve registered for an event, here’s where to find your tickets.

My Events

Your tickets and registrations are stored under My Events, accessible from your account menu in the top right corner. Events are organised by timeframe so you can easily find what’s coming up.

On the event page

If you’re already registered for an event, this will be reflected on the event page when you visit it. You can also access your ticket details from here.

Attended events

Past events you’ve registered for can be found under Attended events in your profile. This gives you a record of events you’ve been to, including the event name, date, price and quantity of tickets purchased.

Subscription & Billing

If you registered for a paid event, the transaction will appear under Subscription & Billing in your Account Settings. Head to the Events tab within Billing History to view and download invoices for any paid event registrations.

Confirmation email

When you register for an event, Ralley sends a confirmation email to the address linked to your account. Your ticket details are included in this email. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder.

A few things worth knowing

You need to be logged in to view your tickets. If you registered for a paid event and didn’t receive a confirmation email, check that your payment was processed successfully under Subscription & Billing in your Account Settings.
