Reporting content and what happens next

If you come across something on Ralley that doesn’t seem right, here’s how to report it and what to expect.

Reporting an event

If an event appears to breach Ralley’s community guidelines or policies, open the event page and select the ellipsis menu in the top right corner. Select Report and follow the prompts. Reports are reviewed by Ralley and action will be taken where a breach is found.

Reporting a Board post

If a post on an event’s Board appears to breach Ralley’s guidelines, select the ellipsis on the post and choose Report. This applies to any content you believe is inappropriate, misleading, harmful or in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting other concerns

For anything not covered by the in-platform report options, including concerns about a user, a community or anything else, contact Ralley support directly at support@ralley.com.au.

What happens after you report

Ralley will review each report and determine whether a breach has occurred. Depending on the severity and nature of the breach, Ralley may issue a warning, remove the content, suspend or terminate the account in question, or refer the matter to law enforcement where there is a genuine risk to an individual or public safety.

Ralley is not obligated to notify you of the outcome of a report, but all reports are taken seriously.

A few things worth knowing

Submitting a false or misleading report is itself a breach of Ralley’s Acceptable Use Policy. Use the report function in good faith.
