Be professional

Ralley is a professional platform. Conduct yourself the way you would in a workplace or professional setting. Treat other users with respect regardless of their background, role or industry.

Be honest

Don’t misrepresent yourself or your organisation. Your profile and any content you post should be accurate and not misleading. Do not impersonate another person, organisation or public figure, or imply any affiliation or endorsement that doesn’t exist.

Keep it relevant

Use Ralley for its intended purpose: professional events, communities and networking. Using the platform to send unsolicited promotional material, run pyramid schemes or solicit others for purposes unrelated to professional development is not permitted.

No hate, harassment or discrimination

Harassment, bullying, intimidation or any behaviour intended to harm or threaten another user is not tolerated. Content that discriminates against or targets individuals or groups based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic is prohibited. This applies to event pages, the Board and any other interactions on the platform.

No harmful or violent content

Do not post content that promotes, incites or glorifies violence against any person or group. Content that spreads misinformation or medically unsubstantiated claims that could cause harm to others is also not permitted.

Protect minors

Ralley is only available to users aged 18 and over. Do not post any content that exploits, sexualises or endangers minors in any way.

Respect intellectual property

Only post content you own or have the right to use. Do not upload, reproduce or distribute material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Protect privacy

Do not collect or use personal information from other users beyond what is necessary for administering or participating in an event or community. Soliciting sensitive personal information from others is not permitted.

No platform interference

Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to Ralley or its infrastructure. The use of bots, scripts, scrapers or any automated tools to access or extract data from the platform without permission is prohibited.

Consequences of breaching these guidelines

The consequences for breaching these guidelines will depend on the severity and nature of the breach. Ralley may issue a warning, remove content, suspend or terminate your account, or report the matter to law enforcement where there is a genuine risk to an individual or public safety.

Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behaviour that appears to breach these guidelines, select the ellipsis menu on the relevant event page or Board post and choose Report.
