I need to update my email address
Your email address cannot be changed after your account is created. If you need to use a different email address, you’ll need to create a new account. Contact Ralley support at support@ralley.com.au if you need assistance.
I’ve forgotten my password
Select the forgot password option on the login screen to reset your password. Instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
I’m not receiving any emails from Ralley
Check your spam or junk folder first. If emails are still not coming through, verify the email address on your account is correct under Personal Information in Account Settings.
I want to update my industry or location
Head to your profile from the account menu and select Edit. You can update your industry selections and location at any time. Keeping these accurate helps Ralley surface the most relevant events in your discover feed.
I want to update my payment details
Payment details for subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. Head to Subscription & Billing in your account menu to update your card details securely.
I want to delete or deactivate my account
Before requesting account deletion or deactivation, make sure you are on the Free plan, any upcoming events you are hosting have been cancelled, and all attendees have been notified and refunded where applicable. Contact Ralley support at support@ralley.com.au to proceed.
My profile photo isn’t uploading
Check that your image file is a supported format. If the upload continues to fail, try a different image or browser. If the issue persists, contact Ralley support.
