Account settings and security
Here’s how to manage your account settings and keep your account secure on Ralley.
Accessing your account settings
Head to the account menu in the top right corner and select Account Settings. This is where you manage your personal information, password and other account preferences.
Personal information
Your personal information includes your name, phone number, location and email address. You can update most of these at any time from Account Settings. Keep in mind that your email address cannot be changed after your account is created.
Changing your password
To update your password, head to Account Settings and select the option to change your password. Choose something strong and unique to keep your account secure.
Your age requirement
Ralley is only available to users who are 18 or older. This is confirmed during the signup process and is a condition of using the platform.
Deactivating or deleting your account
If you want to deactivate or delete your account, contact Ralley support at support@ralley.com.au. Before doing so, make sure any upcoming events you are hosting have been cancelled and attendees have been notified and refunded where applicable.
A few things worth knowing
Your email address is used for all platform notifications and account communications. Since it cannot be changed after signup, make sure you register with an email address you have ongoing access to.
