Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling your plan
Here’s how to make changes to your Ralley subscription at any time.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade, head to Plans in your account menu and select the plan you want to move to. Your new plan takes effect immediately and you’ll have access to the additional features straight away. Billing adjusts from your next billing cycle.
Downgrading your plan
To downgrade, head to Plans in your account menu and select a lower tier. Your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to your current plan features until then.
Keep in mind that downgrading to the Free plan means you’ll lose access to event and community creation tools. Any events or communities you’ve already created will remain but you won’t be able to create new ones until you upgrade again.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription, head to Plans in your account menu and select the Free plan. Your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you’ll retain access to your current plan features until then.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you have questions or are unsatisfied with Ralley, contact us at support@ralley.com.au before downgrading and we’ll do our best to help.
A few things worth knowing
Your billing cycle is monthly. Ralley may update subscription pricing from time to time and will communicate any changes in accordance with applicable law. You’ll be notified before any price changes take effect.
