Troubleshooting & FAQ
I can’t create a community
Creating a community requires a Standard or Premium subscription plan. If you’re on the Free plan, head to Plans in your account menu to upgrade.
My community isn’t showing up in the discover feed
Make sure your community is published and set to public. It may also take a few minutes for a newly created community to appear in search results. Check that your industry and location details are filled in correctly as these are used to surface your community to the right people.
I can’t create an event on behalf of my community
Creating events on behalf of a community requires the appropriate permissions. If you have the correct permissions, your community should appear as a selectable host option during the event creation flow. If it’s not appearing, you may not have the required permissions. Contact the community organiser to request access.
My community isn’t appearing as a host option when creating an event
If your community doesn’t appear as a host option during event creation, check that you have the appropriate permissions granted by the community organiser. You’ll also need a Standard or Premium plan to create events. If both apply and it’s still not showing up, contact Ralley support.
A member wants to leave the community
Members can unfollow a community at any time from the community page. If a member is having trouble unfollowing, ask them to navigate directly to the community page and select Unfollow.
I want to update my community details
You can edit your community name, description, cover image and other details at any time from the community page. Select the edit option to make changes.
I want to remove a member from my community
