I can’t set up paid tickets
Paid ticketing requires a Standard or Premium subscription plan. If you’re on the Free plan, head to Plans in your account menu to upgrade.
An attendee didn’t receive their confirmation email
Ask the attendee to check their spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, they should verify the email address on their Ralley account is correct under Personal Information in Account Settings. If the issue persists, contact Ralley support.
An attendee wants a refund
Refunds for paid tickets are your responsibility as the organiser. You must respond to refund requests within 5 business days and process eligible refunds via the payment method used at purchase. Ralley’s Subscription and Ticketing Fees are non-refundable. For full details read the Organiser Refund Policy.
I need to cancel my event and issue refunds
Open the event page and select the cancellation option from the ellipsis menu. All registered attendees will be notified automatically by email. You are required to issue full refunds for any paid tickets. Contact Ralley support if you need assistance processing refunds.
My payout hasn’t arrived
Payouts are processed by Stripe with a payout schedule of 5 business days after the event has concluded. If you’re experiencing a delay, check your Stripe account for any outstanding requirements or issues. If everything looks correct on your end, contact Ralley support.
I need to update my ticket pricing or capacity
Ticket details can be updated after publishing. Open the event page and select Edit from the ellipsis menu to make changes to your ticket types, pricing or capacity limits.
An attendee is having trouble completing payment
Ralley accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Ask the attendee to check their card details are correct and that their card is not expired. If the issue persists, they should try a different payment method or contact Ralley support.
I’m not sure what fee attendees are being charged
Ralley applies a ticket processing fee of 4.5% + $1 per paid ticket, added on top of your ticket price. Attendees can see the full cost breakdown including the processing fee on the checkout screen before completing their purchase.
