I can’t find my hosted event
Head to My Events in your account menu and look under hosted events. Events are organised by timeframe so check both upcoming and past sections. If you’re logged in to the wrong account, your events won’t show up.
My event isn’t appearing in the discover feed
Check that your event is published and set to public. Private events won’t appear in the discover feed. If your event was just published, it may take a few minutes to appear in results.
Attendees aren’t receiving notification emails
Ralley sends automated emails for key changes including date, time, location, format and cancellation updates. If attendees aren’t receiving them, ask them to check their spam or junk folder and verify the email address on their Ralley account is correct.
I need to update my event details after publishing
Most details can be updated after publishing. Navigate to the event page and select Edit from the ellipsis menu. Keep in mind that changes to date, time, location or format will automatically trigger an email notification to registered attendees.
An attendee says their ticket isn’t working
Each attendee is issued a unique booking ID. Ask them to check their confirmation email for their booking ID. If they purchased multiple tickets, each one has its own unique ID. If the issue persists, contact Ralley support.
My event sold out faster than expected
If your venue or format allows for it, you can increase your ticket limit by editing your event from the event page. Head to the ellipsis menu and select Edit to update your ticket settings.
I want to cancel my event
Open the event page and select the cancellation option from the ellipsis menu. This cannot be undone and will automatically notify all registered attendees. If your event had paid tickets, you are required to issue full refunds. Read the Organiser Refund Policy for details.
The Board isn’t showing new posts
Try refreshing the page. New activity is indicated with a count on the Board tab. If posts are still not appearing, try a different browser or contact Ralley support.
