Your event page
Once your event is live, the event page is your home base for managing everything as an organiser.
Accessing your event
Head to My Events in your account menu to find your hosted events organised by timeframe. Select an event to open it, or navigate directly to the event page at any time.
Event overview
At the top of the event page you’ll find the key details at a glance: the event name, format, date and time, location, number of attendees and ticketing information. From here you can also share the event using the share icon, invite people directly using the Invite button, and access additional options including editing through the ellipsis menu.
Inside the event page
The event page has three tabs that give you everything you need to manage and monitor your event.
Details
The Details tab is what attendees see when they land on your event page. It displays your event description, agenda, speakers and all other information added during the creation flow. To make changes, select Edit from the ellipsis menu.
Board
The Board tab is a shared space between you and your registered attendees. Use it to post updates, share reminders, answer questions or flag any changes leading up to the event. Attendees can also post here. New activity is indicated with a count on the tab so nothing slips through.
Attendees
The Attendees tab shows everyone who has registered for your event, including a live count of registrations. This is useful for keeping track of numbers as your event approaches and knowing who to expect on the day.
