Once you’ve worked through the creation flow and you’re happy with your event, here’s how to get it live and in front of the right people.

Publishing your event

At the final step of the creation flow, review your event details and select Publish. Your event will go live on Ralley immediately and start appearing in the discover feed for attendees whose industry and location match your event.

If you’re not ready to publish yet, you can save your progress at any time and come back to it later.

Sharing your event

Once your event is live, you can share it directly from the event page. Select the share icon on the event page to copy a link or share it through your preferred channel. Getting your event in front of the right people early gives registrations more time to build.

Inviting people directly

From your event page you can invite people directly using the Invite button. This is a good way to personally reach out to connections or community members who would be a strong fit for the event.

A few things worth knowing

Public events are visible to all Ralley users in the discover feed. Private events are only accessible to people with a direct link or an invite. Make sure you’ve set the right visibility during the Audience step before publishing.
