Getting the details right here makes sure attendees know exactly when and where to show up.

Date and time

Set your event start and end date and time during the Time & Location step of the creation flow. Events can span multiple days, making it suitable for conferences or multi-day programs. Ralley will display the full date, time and duration on your event page so attendees have everything they need at a glance.

Location

For in-person and hybrid events, add your venue address using the address search field. Ralley uses auto-suggest to help you find the right location quickly. The full address will appear on your event page along with a map so attendees can find their way without any back and forth.

For online events, toggle to online during the Time & Location step. You’ll be able to provide access details for attendees separately.

Changing date or location after publishing

If your event details change after you’ve published, you can update the date, time and location from your event dashboard. Ralley will automatically send an email to all registered attendees notifying them of the change. It’s still worth posting an update to the Board on your event page for anyone keeping an eye on things there.
