Every event on Ralley is a little different, but here’s a general guide to help you feel prepared before you walk through the door.

Before the event

Once you’ve registered, keep an eye on your email for any updates from the organiser. Check the event page in the lead up to the event as organisers may post updates to the Board, including any changes to the agenda, location or access details.

Make sure you have your booking confirmation handy. Your unique booking ID is what gets you in, so have it ready on your phone or printed if the event requires it.

Arriving on the day

For in-person events, your booking ID will be scanned or checked at the door. There’s no need to match a name to a ticket, so if you’ve passed your ticket on to someone else, they’ll get in without any issues as long as they have the valid booking ID.

For online events, check the event page for the link and any access instructions provided by the organiser.

During the event

Events on Ralley are structured with purpose. Most will have a clear agenda, so you’ll know what’s happening and when. If you have questions, check the Board tab on the event page where organisers and attendees may be sharing updates in real time.

After the event

Your attended event will appear under Attended events in your profile. If you paid for a ticket, your invoice is available to download from Subscription & Billing in your Account Settings.
