Transferring or cancelling your registration
Plans change. Here’s what you need to know about transferring or cancelling your spot at a Ralley event.
Transferring your ticket
Ralley issues each ticket a unique booking ID. Whoever presents a valid booking ID at the door will be granted entry, so if you can’t make it, you can pass your ticket on to someone else directly. There’s no need to update any names on the platform.
To transfer a ticket, simply share your booking confirmation with the person attending in your place.
Cancelling your registration
To cancel your registration, go to My Events in your account menu, find the event and select the cancellation option.
Whether you’re entitled to a refund depends on the refund policy set by the organiser. Each organiser sets their own refund policy, which must be clearly displayed on the event page before you purchase. Ralley requires all organisers to meet minimum refund standards, so you’re always protected in certain situations.
When you’re entitled to a refund
Regardless of the organiser’s policy, you are entitled to a full refund if:
- The event is cancelled by the organiser
- The event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days
- You are removed from the event by the organiser before it takes place
- You are denied entry due to an organiser error, such as overselling
- The event differs significantly from how it was described
A few things worth knowing
Ralley’s service fees are non-refundable even when a ticket refund is issued. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and the organiser hasn’t responded within 5 business days, contact Ralley support. For the full details, read the Organiser Refund Policy.
