Ralley uses your location to surface events that are relevant to where you are. Here’s how to search and refine results by location.

Your default location

The location you set during signup is used as your default when browsing events. You’ll see it displayed in the search bar at the top of the screen. In-person events are filtered around this location by default, while online events appear regardless of where you are.

Changing your search location

You can change the location shown in the search bar at any time without updating your account settings. Select the location field in the search bar, type in a new city and select from the auto-suggest results. This lets you browse events in other cities without permanently changing your profile location.

To update your default location permanently, head to your profile settings and update your location from there.

Online events

If you’re open to online events, these will appear in your results alongside in-person events. You can filter by event type using the All Types filter in the search bar to show only online or only in-person events.
