Setting up your profile

Your Ralley profile helps personalise your experience on the platform and gives organisers and other attendees accurate information about you. You can update most of it at any time.

What you can update

Your profile includes your name, phone number, location, profile photo, industries of interest, role and LinkedIn profile link. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from your profile.

Payment details are handled securely through Stripe. When updating your card, you’ll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where changes take effect immediately. Ralley does not store or process card details directly.

One thing you can’t change

The email address used to create your account cannot be changed in the current version of Ralley. This email is used for logging in, ticket confirmations and service notifications. If you need to use a different email, you’ll need to create a new account.

How to update your profile

  1. Log in to your Ralley account
  2. Go to your profile or account settings
  3. Select the field you want to update
  4. Make your changes
  5. Save your updates

Most changes take effect immediately.

Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble updating your profile, check that you’re logged in and that all required fields are filled in. If you’re updating billing details and something isn’t working, check your Stripe portal directly. If you need to use a different email address, you’ll need to create a new Ralley account.
